
At the beggining of the year the HPV crew entered in Wonthaggi. They did a fantastic job, but the important race is coming up in late November. Meribourgh is one of the main races of the year. For most of the year, the crew have been training intensly every Monday from 3:30-5:00. We start of with a few laps around the gym then a deep stretching session. After we have done that, we go upstairs and ride the bikes for about 20 minutes. When that's been completed, we do a circuit of different things which include things like, weights, skipping, push-ups, sit-ups, squats, tredmil & much more. This coming Monday are the tryouts for which team we will be in, but I'm sure everyone will do great :). Good luck to HPV in the coming races!
